Postal ballot papers can be sorted, the envelopes A and B can be seperated and validated . The actual envelope containing the ballot paper can also be opened . The ballot paper itself must be placed face down and not looked at. The ballot paper is then placed in a sealed locked ballot paper box to be counted after 10pm Thursday.
