I don't think the NHS is perfect, but it provides an impressive service. I've got my own health insurance but fortunately I have never needed it.
The states has one of the highest per capita covid death rates in the world, so their system isn't working too well.
But I just don't get why the richest country in the world has a problem providing a similar service to our NHS or boast about making medication more affordable. Medication should not be given to someone just because they can afford to buy it but should be given it if they need it.
I also don't get why anyone would consider voting for Trump. |

Do you actually trust polls? They have a habit of being wrong and besides, they always use weighting which is nonsense to me, ask a large number of people the question and just put out the answers, using weighting, it seems to me, is just to try and influence voting. It didn't prevent Trump or Brexit. Honesty is better. These polls usually have loaded questions to start with.

I think Trump will win but not because I like him. It's for the same rason I thought Bojo would win, of two very poor candidates one is (to myself at least) worse than the other. I don't doubt Biden chose his running mate to win the black vote and Trump is, well, if not racist he sounds it at times. Thta's giving him the benefit of the doubt.
Trump has gotten plenty wrong but he got some big stuff right too. If he stayed off twitter, stopped shooting from the hip and let his speech writers do a script and then stick to it he'd be better off. He can't help running off at the mouth though.

My discussion was with you not Trump or Biden. Name me a political candidate in history and I will be able to find examples of them attacking character. But I can also find you examples of Trump debating policies and actually responding in debate if you would like? Something you have been less keen to do.
You have posted maybe 7/8 times since I joined the debate, half of them comprised of making off topic and baseless accusations against me that you refused to explain and the other half have been attacking Trump.
If you wanted to attack people’s character yet still be happy to explain your points and sweeping statements then there would be less of a problem. But you have made a few broad sweeping statements yet don’t seem willing to back any of them.
