I have known Darren to be a bald faced liar since I joined this site.
First he accused me of being a string of former posters I had never heard of, he claimed to have evidence of this, which he never produced.
Next he claimed to know who I was on twitter. I challenged him to a bet on this, we would choose a neutral poster and I would privately message the neutral poster “my twitter account” (I didn’t even have one 😂), and then on a given day and time I would “tweet” a message for Darran and he would have to post it up on here...I created a twitter account for this sole purpose, the neutral poster could contact whomever Darren thought I was when he would inevitably lose the bet (if Darran still wouldn’t accept how wrong he was).
Darran never took me up on the offer, funny that.

Only Darran has been banned as far as I know. A few posts have been removed and some warnings given, again as far as I know.
Mostly though, since the split, people have been very decent on here.
PS, I don't actually know what Darran did to get banned, I missed it but if the moderators are soft (as accused by someone) then they certainly acted unusually quickly in the one case! |

Actually, that does seem a tad harsh to me but if it's against the rules, it's against the rules.
Has anyone really called it a forum war, this little spat? Seems silly to me but then, I haven't looked at or take any notice of the new forum for a while now. Not since someone PM'd me saying someone was having a go at me over there.
