| Lowe ? 17:07 - Nov 7 with 8327 views | pikeypaul | Benefit of the doubt up and until now. But today was the final straw. He couldn’t finish a cup of tea. if he could just slide the ball either side of the keeper rather than just kick it straight at him every time we would be top of the league tonight. | |

| Lowe ? on 08:43 - Nov 8 with 816 views | pikeypaul | Work on ? You would have thought a pro footballer would know not to kick the ball straight at the keeper every time he has the whole goal to place the ball into., if he can’t understand this or do it by now there is no hope, but saying that he may watch MOTD and it suddenly dawns on him more goals are scored when the ball is put on target and out of the reach of the GK, instead of straight at him. So tomorrow’s training session Copper. Jamal, today we are going to work on your finishing or more precisely lack of. Lowe. What you mean boss Copper. Well, you now on Saturday when you were through 3 times with no one near you and you had the whole goal to roll the ball into why did you just smash it as hard as you could at Krul and not just put it either side of him? Lowe. What you mean boss Copper. I mean why did you not just pass it into the net Lowe. What you mean boss. Copper. Oh feck it, OK guys that’s a wrap, same time in the morning. Sorry but I agree with Paul if he was a natural finisher he would have been composed instead of ever time trying to blast the ball and it was not just yesterday when he been guilty | | | |
| Lowe ? on 09:44 - Nov 8 with 765 views | onehunglow | It's simply a matter of fans being cheeed off that a forward twice tike a ball from 8 yards out straight at the keeper. Can never understand some fan make excuses for incompetence in a game we should have won. That said,Norwich,Bourney and Watford are the teams to beat. We can but ffs we have to put chances away | |

| Lowe ? on 09:52 - Nov 8 with 760 views | AnotherJohn | I'm another who thinks Lowe isn't a bad player, but is a winger rather than a striker. It is a rare beast who scores only a handful of goals season after season and suddenly finds his shooting boots. The fact that Lowe is being played as a striker reflects the fact that our loan signing isn't cutting the mustard. With no money things are difficult, but if I were Cooper I'd try to line up a better loan for the Christmas window. Without improvement up front we won't be promoted. The sad thing is that I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Brewster downgraded to bit-part player at SU by then. | | | |

Its because they lead incompetent lives and are obviously happy to put up with it, since its the norm to them. OUT AFLI

I can only speak for myself, but on a day like today I tend to reflect and look at the positives in and around my life. Including personal achievements only made possible by endeavour, support and learning.

So we buy a Kiefer Moore type and lump the ball to them Or work with a tricky pacey player. Michu wasn’t an out an out striker he was played as an advanced midfielder. Typical Swans fans never happy never had a bad day at the office themselves

Class act ? We all saw him yesterday and the only people who were happy with his “performance” were the Norwich fans. But yes if you were happy how he missed those sitters that is your prerogative. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I just watched Rashford do exactly the same thing. Lowe had three good clean strikes all on target. Out of form strikers usually fall over, panic and scuff their shots. If Lowe keeps his confidence he will score by getting clean strike away early. Swansea cannot afford £10m for a stiker or play Charlie Austin £40,000 a week. Work with Lowe he is a late developer, is fast and has the basic skills.

The most sucessfull two some in the clubs histotry with out doubt. Dineen biggest mistake was getting the fans invloved in the club ownerships. Fickle fans in the boardroom what a catastophy for the club. 16 seasons 15 good ones one bad.

So we should sack Lowe? You obviously can’t grasp what he offers the team which perhaps a standard 9 doesn’t give. We’ve also got a very health goal difference - ok it should be a bit better but as time wears on the team will get better and better. We narrowly lost against one of the promotional favourites yesterday and looking infinitely stronger than last year. We will be in the top two mix for sure this season . If I didn’t know you so well I’d swear you were a Dwight style wum. You’ve got previous for the dour and negative misery you espouse.

Wrong in many ways rashford is a goalscorer who has proved he can score many different type goals and has composure..you say clean strikes yesterday that was the trouble he had clean strikes tried blasting when composure and a side foot to the side of krul was the answer.he not a natural goalscorer yes he tries hard works hard but not a goalscorer

Agree - although not a host of examples where players learn/coached to become calm & ruthless in front of goal. I do believe he can improve his finishing but not sure I see a Henry type transition from sideman to lethal number 9 . . . . . I guess we can but hope, although personally I think we need to either start Gyokeres for a run of games to see if he was worth the loan spot (can we send him back in Jan if not?) or get Cullen closer to the starting 11, at least a bench spot ahead of Routs. Not sure I understand the hyperbole with a lot of our fans with one, relatively unlucky, defeat - we are/were not going to run away with this league so a loss away from home at one of the pre-season promotion favourites is hardly a trigger for such a reaction. We are at best a top 6 competitive side & we all know how competitive this league is & all sides have & will lose games.

Not sure where you're getting the "Hyperbole" from, most posts I've read on this thread have been complimentary of the teams performances at Brentford & Norwich (and quite rightly so), just some lamenting on one player missing a couple of sitters.
