Guy deserves a massive round of applause for the job he has done at BHA.
Being mentioned as the next Spurs and England boss, he didn't have it easy down here and many question his style and tactics but he is doing a marvelous job at BHA.

👏👏

Poll: Are the owners doing enough for Swansea City

Amazing what you can do when you become one of the biggest spenders in the Premier League.

This graphic was doing the rounds last season, they have spent a further £66m this season. He has been underachieving for a couple of seasons.

They seem to be around where they should be now.

Really enjoyed watching them dismantle Man Utd.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

Great manager.

First class manager producing joyous football - the total opposite to the gunge we have to endure at the moment.

For the first time this season I watched MOTD last night, Brighton looked very good and annihilated Man Utd who were awful. Potter’s find a tidy job down there, Ten Hag has got his work cut out, Man Utd looked as though they’ve got too many big stars who can’t be bothered.

Potter is a real good Swansea type manager appointed by Huw Jenkins as one of his final gifts to the club. In reality he under achieved not assessing the quality he in the academy for a few of those initial months chosing his own picks.

He also spent his £7m very poorly. McKay, Celina, John and Asoro the "Four non negotiables" all dispatched brutally by Cooper. Had he bought better Swansea might have gone straight back up.

Recruitment is a curse of recent Swansea years. It was back on track then came last January. Fisher, Ogbeta and Burns and Williams before than. One unconvincing and three 'not taken out of the packaging'.

See if you can post without mentioning HJ , and you wonder why people question your background and agenda.

The original post said this -

Brought to Swansea from the Arctic circle by Huw Jenkins. The fake forum group narrative is spun against him. I try to redress the crazy imbalance by the forum leader divas who do not like their narrative being questioned. (of course in some cases owning or editing a forum helps)

The best antidote to these people is to call them vested interests and there is little comeback to this an anonymous forum. This is why i post opinions. It does not matter if no one agrees with them.

£7m for 4 players was peanuts for a club who’d just spent 7 seasons in the top flight

Do you think we had £7m left sitting in the bank account? We had to halve the wage bill and £50m was due to go out over the next couple of years, £7m was spending we couldn't really afford given we then didn't get expected fees for Jordan Ayew, Fede Fernandez etc. and some senior earners wouldn't go on loan.

It only felt like peanuts to fans who had become used to the mad spending we got up to in the last few PL seasons.
