Do we give managers enough time?
Feel I have been very supportive of Martin (as I always am with managers)but along with what seems like the majority that support has gone.
We have been pretty lucky with managers with a few going onto bigger things.
Is a year enough time for a manager before the fans turn or have we been spoilt in recent years? |  | | |  |

Do you think STID bullies 70+ year olds and makes snide comments about people not even involved in his conversation in person.
If he behaves like that in person he would invite a suitable response wouldn't he?
He and his little band of deluded types have behaved like this previously, stir stuff, start stuff and get those who respond banned...it helps distract from how wrong they have been about everything and how they tried to shut other voices down.
It's like 'Housewives of Swansea' on here.
Shouldn't they be moderated in the same manner as all other posters, or is that too much to ask... |
We have been asked not tto make personal attacks. If we think a post is out of order we are supposed to report it, not make personal attacks ourselves.
If OHL is unhappy with whats been said he can report it too.
The moderators are the moderators, the clue is in the title, the rest of us are supposedly grown ups who are asked to behave as such.
The moderators dont post publicly about every time they give a warning or ban someone. They go about their job as quietly as possible and, in my opinion, they get fed up of having to make public posts because so many people cannot control themselves.

In my 9 years or so following the pulse of Internet Jackdom from afar, the two managers I thought were bailed on way too quick by the supporters were Monk and Cooper.
Given Monk's subsequent record and fade into oblivion, I was wrong about that one. Cooper though seems to be having the last laugh on us at this point. [Post edited 13 Aug 2022 22:10]
