I think if you are relying on not giving them the ball back as a way to hold on to a 2-0 lead, deep into injury time, then serious questions need to be asked and your problems lay far beyond one of your players handing over a ball that has gone dead. [Post edited 18 Aug 2022 8:33]

THATS what is needed in fact in all honesty maybe 2 wingbacks and definatly anothe midfield player with quality, the only way we are going to get what is required is to pay no question. This squad as it is is at LEAST 6 players short (we have at least 3 fringe guys on loan , 2 dont want to leave but not involved as some are just not good enough )and untill our owners sort themselves and the squad out this is what we have , if the owners REALLY want promotion and care about the club they will do something lets see what happens by 11 pm 1st sept | | | |

Martin was is biggest an last season and a massive influence on him coming to the club and playing so well, even though he had no preseason and being unfit, he still played more than most other players and playeed better.
Must have been his hate or the manager spurring him on.

To be fair, Martin hasn't come out and said who it was although it's no secret.
I don't understand why he done it, players can't be middle coddled and I don't see why there is such a song and dance when they are called out for something......the wage they earn, it shouldn't be an issue if they do something wrong. |

Of course you rely on not giving the ball back. Hence why youre coached to keep it in the corners and try and win free kicks and waste a bit of time, make substitutions etc.
