I watched the Columbia game in a pool in Spain on a big screen. All ages of men, women and children in there. Nobody steaming drunk, no aggro, no daft chants.

How many boys that aren’t interested in sport now and would get interested if they win the World Cup? Impossible to guess but must be a huge number.
Don’t forget it would have exponentially more coverage than this tournament, which was fairly low key until the knockout stages.
