Swansea City did nothing of any real note to deserve anything from this Friday evening fixture. Despite having a referee who refused to make key decisions it was unequivocally a wasted journey for the sold out away end. Poor tactics, strategically naive and hopelessly without effort in the second half, it was a shocking watch. And all that after a decent first half.

If we are going to lose one of either Vipotnik ir Galbraith, I hope it’s Vip. Galbraith is the only outstanding talent in the squad imo. Cabango and Galbraith must also go if we want to make a serious attempt at top 6 next season.

Of course it would be better for us if the laws of football didn’t say that Swansea must never be awarded a penalty. Another stonewaller with the ref right next to them. What more can you do?

Hyam should have been penalised and a penalty given for the two shirt pulls in the first half and the blatant shoulder in the back in the second
That said if you play the way we did second half you don’t deserve anything…and if Matos can’t see what everyone watching saw then we’ve got problems, sideways and back when you’re 3-0 up is fine but when you’re losing it’s mind boggling and completely disrespectful to the fans that made a very long journey on a Friday night
That last 40 minutes is as bad as we’ve been all season, gutless

Couldn't be interpreted in any other way than a penalty, poor challenge by the defender.

The sense of urgency of our game diminished ,not saying you go all out attack but the lack of pace in our game was telling at no time was a change of pace employed to outwit their defenders or pull their midfield out of shape.

We f’d about when we did get near they’re box , shoot ffs ,it’s how you score , trying to thread passes through non existent gaps and walk the ball into the net is absolutely pointless as was shown tonight , didn’t anyone in the club watch them against Chelsea !!! … if not it’s criminal
They were more physical than us like we knew they would be and we cowered in every challenge

Matos has done the job he was brought to do this season and get us away from relegation, and he has done that well, we have got back to being a mid table club. will see what he does with a mid table squad next year. have a bad run and will go the way of the rest no doubt.

I love the way fans, without any in the moment fitness data, the hours on the training ground, or the tactical time that would have been worked on for days before can make a judgement on substitutes.

They let us have the ball as much as we wanted ‘ because we don’t always do anything with it ‘ that’s what Parkinson said and he’s right , Wrexham tried to play the ball into the box every chance they had because they wanted to win , we just did the same old sideways and back cack band tried to walk it into the net

We look good playing fast flowing ,forward oriented football,it’s down to Matos to stop the negative stuff but he isn’t , he lets the players go to the default crap

If you put your hand in the fire, you get burnt… if you’ve got any sense you don’t do it again , when is Matos going to learn and stop the tedious faffing about with goal kicks and the pointless slow and meaningless possession for possession sake cack we see far too often and try to win games , 70% possession stats might look good on paper but the only stat that counts is the score and Matos lost badly tonight
Second half as bad as we’ve been all season ,the players looked like they didn’t know what to do and gave up

Thought we were by far the better team who didn't take their chances. Franco 1st min, Vip after doing the hard part. Nailed on penalty again. We need to take on more shots rather than passing the responsibility to the next man. I thought we played really well in parts and they were as disappointing as they were down here.
I get it, they won, we didn't, but it's not all the doom and gloom that's being portrayed on here tonight.
Matos needs to start the rest of the season with Widdel and Walta to see if these guys have got it and they will be fully upto speed of the Championship come next Aug.

When you’ve got Cabango and Burgess as CHs why not pump the ball into the box. They are pir weak link and should be replaced. But probably won’t.

Add in a stopper that's frightened to come off his goal line! Their second goal sums us up perfectly.

Definitely not doom and gloom by a long way. The report is obviously taken in isolation, and I agree it can’t keep cropping up. Matos didn’t get his homework right. It’s a shame. But that second half of football was shocking.
