UK contractor cannot build big infrastructure on time an on budget. The £1.6 billion M4 relief roads will no doubt be late and costing £3-5 billion. Who is going to pay the extra billion or two?

I think the last thing Farage wants is to actually win the Senedd election, they’ll want to make gains and they’ll probably want to be the main opposition. It looked like Welsh Labour never wanted a better Wales in the first place, and it proved the fact that Labour viewed a poverty stricken Wales to be a case of "keep Wales poor, keep em voting for us".
What was striking about the relief road was the lack of mass anger about its postponement from Welsh Nat's, Plaid and YesCymru also.
