if this is a power struggle the owners need to step in and sort, thought we had a fair team with worth so what on earth is going on ? he leaves for what ever reason not replaced and there is no sign of the promised D O F
why is it EVERY close season we have a drama ?

I would guess that there are procedures you have to follow to change key staff otherwise you will end up at a tribunal. The owners have too much at stake to let things slip, I expect things will click into place very shortly. |  | | |

I would guess that there are procedures you have to follow to change key staff otherwise you will end up at a tribunal. The owners have too much at stake to let things slip, I expect things will click into place very shortly. |
If I read you right - They are not changing key staff though. They have a DOF slot which has been vacant for months, and Worth has left his role.

If I read you right - They are not changing key staff though. They have a DOF slot which has been vacant for months, and Worth has left his role.

What do you think the hold up is. I think we are going to have a complete change in all administration roles including the top. There is a reason high profile staff have left after a reasonably short time. In the case of Worth did he leave by mutual consent without walking into another role, there must be a reason. Unfortunately not in the realms of business where a role for a sporting director is full time all day every day. Let alone recruitment, liaison research and analysis which is another role in itself. It was successful last summer with permanent transfers so why change it ?
If he does know completely what he is doing then these two very important roles will be filled asap.

What surprises.me is Worths departure.....wasnt he connected with Cravatt?
Given the results of Worths research providing the likes of Stamenich,Widdell,Galbraith,Walta and Matos surely the ownership would be asking questions to as wht hes has decided to move on, wht Gorringe has yet.to fill the void and what are the plans to do so.

He won’t be signing for the Swans sadly.
I’m unsure if he has any plans to do much within the club, there has never been an indication.
