Rodgers wouldn't play second fiddle anywhere. If he came back it would be as manager and he'd probably want Pascoe as his number two.

I doubt we'd sack Monk even in the event of certain relegation. And it's certainly not something that would or should have even crossed anyone's mind either. We're on a bad run. It's happened before, it'll happen again and it happens to all Prem clubs at our level.
