A few things.
Lovely to see the happy hammers getting fckd over.
And - would love to have seen a smaller team playing in the game of their decade etc.
Still, there's Cardiff on Sunday.

Let's hope we give Hull a bloody good shoeing tomorrow.

Loads of goals. Hat trick for Baston. Clean sheet. Loads of control and tight passing.

Injury free.

Confidence enhanced for the Arsenal game next weekend.

Possibly some good news for us. This defeat could affect Hammer's confidence as they have been well and truly shafted. Might drag them back into the mix. Two consolation goals coming up nown I have said that ;-)

He looks completely lost tonight. I am surprised. Thought he would make a fist if it this season and even confident that they would get over their early season issues. Not so sure now......

Is it me, or is Bilic looking more and more like Calibos, the main antagonist of the original Clash of the Titans film.

It wasn't too long ago when Man City were in League 1 the money aspect makes me puke.

Just got in and then kids to bed so didn't see the match, but it looks like it was nearly a full strength W Ham side too. Hopefully that will dent their league confidence even more. Crazy how the top sides are all so strong this year - i suppose that's what happens when you have top class managers rather than people like Moyes and Brendan (as good as he was for us).

Ref blew up 90mins 40sec
Must of been due to some fans coming on to the pitch because the game stopped in the 89min.
There must of been easily 5 mins to Play

Lampard coy in the studio about carrying on playing. Move must be right for him but he has kept himself fit and he will see what happens in the window......

Exactly West Ham could have equalised.

The ref made a poor decision, changing the outcome of games as the sole arbiter is appalling.

I went to the Boleyn quite few time in 80s and 90s when I lived in East London. It was pretty clear they could struggle without the atmosphere they generated at the old ground.
Said as much last year in this thread, although I didn't foresee how well we would do in last years match.

Serves them right for being greedy.

Another point. Man city did that Poznan thing where they turn their back and link arms.
Surely the whole point is that if everyone is wearing a replica shirt, the whole stand looks like a wall of red, or blue, orwhatever colour they play in.
Today there was a sprinkling of blue shirts the rest were wearing donkey jackets, anoraks, etc. It looked really useless. Real laugh out loud for me. Some one should tell them.

I was thinking at the end of that game, after Bilic finishes in the dressing room, having to go to the drinkies place with Karen Brady and the Pornos. When he walks in you can just imagine the tumbleweed together with that wind sound.

Much better being a punter.

Watched the game with 2 West Ham friends who were adamant the problem at the club lay with the Directors and not Bilic.

They thought that Ayew was not worth £20 million and didn't know what was his best position (familiar story with us). They also said that Nordvelt was not good enough and that they needed a dominant centre half and a proven goal scorer. Couldn't believe that the club hadn't signed Jenkinson.

A lot of parallels with us in what they were saying about their season.

Well I wanted West Ham to win
First reason, it knocks man city out the cup
Second reason, a cup run might distract West Ham from the league

My methods are not favoured by some but by god i speak the truth.
