This isn't unsubstantiated though, there are government staffers saying they had to tape paperwork back together. This paperwork exists and can be brought forward as evidence.
I also haven't seen Trump dispute this story. Any links to show he has? There is an official record of everything, it is a legal requirement in the USA for all documents to be kept and sent to the national archive and they have the paperwork that has been taped back together,

I just think he’s a decent President that does an excellent job with the economy, world affairs and doesn’t stand for the toxic cancel culture, race baiting and identity politics that is poisoning society from the left.
If he didn’t do a good job then I wouldn't want him as President of America. He will never be my mate so what I think of him as a person is largely irrelevant, I can’t imagine there are too many politicians you would like to be best mates with… take the excuse of a bloke that replaced him for a prime example.

How about an "arrest" and due process that an unarmed person would receive under those circumstances.
Many people have broken in to governement buildings while in session and none of them were shot, in fact most of them were not even arrested.
