Nondescript, toothless and lucky. That was Swansea City this afternoon 19th Mar 2022 17:15
To say this wasn’t a Swansea City classic would be the understatement of the season in a very slow and yet again ponderous ninety minutes or so at the swansea.com stadium. For Swansea it was a game of loose passes, a total lack of energy and when it’s all summed up a demonstration of how mundane Russell Martin’s style of play can be when it doesn’t click. 0

Come on then Jacks lets have your views.

Awful awful performance.no ideas against a very average side and surprise surprise he’s blaming tiredness again

Didn't get to see it as I was working...but not impressed by what I have heard on here. Can't we kick on and go on a run. The inconsistency is driving me...(as well as others)...mad. It's hard to get my head around at times...

It was far from boring. It was nerve wracking and not in a good, exciting way. Birmingham caused us trouble every time they attacked, which they did often. Badly missed Paterson and Downes.

Incredibly lucky to get out of that with a draw and clean sheet. For the neutral it would have been a very entertaining 0-0.

Absolute suicide football again. The number of times players ran into each other and tackled each other. They don’t talk to each other. There’s no communication out there at all.

Well, there was no where near 18k in the stadium but apart from that...Yep,it was awful and we should have lost.

A point that we did not deserve but I'll take it.

My heart sank when Paterson withdrew just before kick off. I knew there and then we wouldn't score today- he's absolutely essential to anything good we do in an attacking sense. Without him we look absolutely toothless- as we found out through January- even if he does blow hot and cold.

If you're going to play possession football you need players who can unlock defences- and Paterson is the only one we have on the books. Failing that you need a bit of pace and trickery- something we're utterly devoid of. The squad is comically a) unbalanced and b) thin.

If this was a one off poor performance. You could excuse it. However unfortunately our one off performances are when we are decent and they are far too rare.

It was a normal performance for us.It all depends on how efficient the opponents are.#
Come up against anyone with bite ,like Fulham or Muff and we look what we are .Abject.

Yeah, well us non neutral Swansea fans seem to mostly have found it boring. So for balance I'll ask, did any others on here find it to not be boring?
