The first half was no better, arguably worse. They just didn’t take their chances. I was amazed we went in at 1-1, agree with Cooper it should have been 5-1 at the break. We genuinely couldn’t have complained if we had come away on the end of a 9-1 score line. No exaggeration at all.

It must have been exciting though, just like the Bournemouth game which some of our fans enjoyed. They would have taken a point before the game. Any sign of reality hitting home Dr P . I fear our fans are not unlike Stepford Wives .

The odds on any positivity to come from OHL is probably about the same as you'd have got on Peterborough winning their last 10 games. Easy to knock the side and everyone involved after a result and performance like yesterday's. The site today has been littered by negative argumentative posts from the usual suspects. Even though I have him on ignore, it is clear to read between the lines seeing Dr P is back on here, posting in abundance and dragging the site down again. Shame as the site has had some really good discussions the last couple of weeks. Even UHL have had many sensible discussions. He has resorted back to sniping again now, which is a shame

Dragging the site down? For posting views you don’t agree with? I don’t think this forum lark is for you STID, I see you are being ripped to shreds on the other one too. Have a break mate.

Or one defeat in five and 10 goals scored, is a more positive outlook Edited for those pedantic ones who cannot read a post, see a genuine error was made and have to have a dig. Shame as it has been great on here recently until yesterday when he returned [Post edited 2 May 2022 8:43]

More positive, but ultimately untrue of course. We haven't won any of our last 5. Not sure where you are getting the one from.

I know you like to rant and go off tangent, but there are three points: 1 - The hardest drink I had was coffee as I was driving. 2 - The views on my post are mine, not sure who the cheerleaders are but believe me we disagree on many things, Swans and otherwise. 3 - As is headlined in an article on here today, it has been a very mixed season. There have been many points I have enjoyed, either in person or via the wonders of modern technology. The wins over WBA, Cardiff, Coventry, the first half in particular of the home games v Bournemouth, Fulham and Forest ( away), plus the cup match against Reading and the majority of the recent 4-4 draw. If course, the capitulation to Forest, Fulham and the surrender of leads to Reading and Bournemouth made me angry. Of course as well the games against Stoke and Sheff Utd away were a big disappointment. However, I am optimistic about next season ( it is the only way to be for me) and as long as he gets the support then promotion should be within his grasp. I should add that, as I have posted elsewhere, I enjoyed the atmosphere at Forest and stayed until their players had done their lap of honour. In spite of my feelings towards Cooper, it was lovely to see fans so excited and enjoying their success. Talked to quite a few of them before and after the game and they were great, knowledgeable fans.

Lol is that the best you delusional types can do can do, now i would love to be proved wrong but because i believe RM is an absolute waste of space and will have walked or sacked by xmas, means i enjoy knocking my club, i never ever went down that route with Cooper because he took us to two play offs and a Wembley final and is now doing a great job at Forest.

Nothing delusional about it. I support the club whoever is in charge. Any supporter has to want the manager to be successful. Sometimes it happens. Depends how you judge success. For me that has to be promotion. Most supporters accepted that Martin was trying to change our style and that it would take time. There have been lots of ups and downs this season, Saturday being the biggest low. I also hope you are proved wrong, as this would mean we are progressing towards promotion by Christmas ( or more accurately the winter break )

You're right. And woeful Martinball was humiliated yet again by the winning Cooperball brand of effectiveness and efficiency in the right places at the right times. Some keyboard supporters are content with bottom tiered mediocrity. Underachievers, clearly. Fortunately the vast majority of fans and key stakeholders expect and demand so much more. Winter is an underachiever, and has been setting the bar far too low for our stakeholders - owners and fans. He's appointed an underachiever and has unsurprisingly underachieved. So when keyboard supporters say we should all get behind the manager......says it all, in so many ways.

Mmm Saw the other side of Cooper we all knew was there tonight. The one who bottles the big games. As we saw two years running when he was our manager. Where was the Forest I witnessed in person on Saturday? Cooper's nerves went. Plus the lack of a substitute until it was too late tonight, as we witnessed many times in our two years under Cooper

Don’t talk nonsense. They played a team above them away from home and lost by a single goal. They were underdogs rooted to the bottom of the table when he took over. “Bottled it”. We have been bottling it all season then…

Woeful is an apposite word. Why then is the current coach seen as some sort of tactical messiah who can not only give is exciting football but make us a proper club in the process. That phrase alone should have rang a warning bell in evert fan's mind. We have a coach making out we're nothing short of trailer trash and is only HIS way or the highway. He has no evidence whatsoever of success that would lead fans to have faith in him. Faith is something that is deeply personal . A few on here are prepared to tough it out and help save the souls of those fans who are going to face a massive shock next season. I have never in my life seen such surreal garbage in my life posted this season a regards my team. Personal insult and abuse becoming acceptable as long as you upport the right side. Ive been called all sorts .Nobody has ever answered my questions in any detail and the reason is that there are no answers just opinions. I avoided Nottingham in a fit of pique but the last game will be one I shall miss too to avoid getting annoyed. That has not ever happened before in my 72 years on this planet. The current coach has turned people away ,divided us like never before and this season is petering out as it has been for three months. In a way, it's a shame we got that bluddy double as it provided a joyous relief from it all.
