Which 3 voted yes? Have they not seen the evidence? The team is capable of doing it, the way we played for a lot of last night, I think, proves we are capable. The big problem now is we don't take our chances AND Martin makes very poor subs. Not to forget he freezes players out when the size of our squad should be making him consider every resource.
Last night for example, does anyone disagree that he got the subs wrong? Not just last night but worryingly it's a very consistent failing. I can admit that he seems to have learned lessons in other areas but it takes him a desperately long time to learn those lessons.

We need to average 1.8 points per game to make the points required last season. His career average is 1.3, that's not even close. It would need a big improvement in game management to achieve it

It’s a playoff capable squad, with a coach incapable of getting them there. Last night looking at the bench, we have a 2m centre half, Ntcham, Pato. Obafemi not even there. That along with a very competent starting 11 and you have a squad that’s hugely underachieving at this moment in time.

Most of the people I know are not on this forum or twitter etc. They seem in the main to have a more tolerant view, although in some cases it’s decreasing. Strong belief to not get in to the play offs or a strong belief to do so ? I know more who still think he can than don’t.

Im not sure they have any justification for feeling that way.There is no evidence at all to entrust him with our team.
I read much more strong criticism on other media formats.

My wife says I'm annoyingly patient but, only with other people and not with her and my son.
It's good your stupidly happy though, you are winning at life and that's wonderful.
Play all the young guys. Benda, Darling, Sorinola, Stevens, Cundle and Flex. These guys have talent and energy. Naughton Paterson Ntcham are not delivering.

I always felt that RM should be given until November - a good chance to review. 15 months into his project.
I would expect Winter will now call that review sooner - around the international break later this month.
At the moment there are games coming up in October which just don't seem winnable with Martin and the current attitude shown by senior players.
I would like to see Martin turn things around but my confidence is diminishing with each game.
We should have beaten Sheffield so its shows we can and have competed against the "better sides" so there's still hope we can turn this slump around , either with or without Martin

I agree , some may reflect its just this season but its not and I really can't see how its going to consistently improve, the odd game we've played well but the majority under his tenure , nah .
