Flex seems like the perfect type of player to use in a possession system.
Sadly Martin doesn’t like pace. He would prefer to not play the players we need and complain about not having the players… rather than play the correct players and be culpable if we still lose.
Martin doesn’t like accountability, if he doesn’t have a pre packaged excuse (still building, not the right players, we are young) then he feels exposed. One thing he hates is to come forward and shoulder the blame. |  |

we were on the front foot because we had players willing to commit and close them down, as much as Oko is willing to run at the opposition and try and take a player on, I've seen nothing to suggest he busts a gut without the ball. |  | | |

Squad player are not a waste of time. Oko Flex go a few run outs which is more than he would have got at West Ham and West ham have got some income off him.
Lincoln have had Cullen where he scored one goal and now Garrick is not playing much there either. Cullen did a lot of training with a different coach and system and probably picked up one or two things.
Garrick might return. I would give him 5 games at Wing back with the u21 and give him a chance to get a new deal or else play wing back for Newport.
When I saw the age of Stevens i did not anticipate him playing much at 19-20. He should have gone down a league or two. The Championship is tough even for elite players like Guehi originally, Burns and Rhys Williams.
