Some managers are great with the smaller clubs where you can get a great deal of success by playing basic football and working harder than the opposition but the moment a bit of quality is needed they don’t have a clue. Warnock at Cardiff is a prime example. Small club hitting it long and working hard very successful in the championship but get to the premier league and it’s finishing bottom and getting humped every week. |  |
