| Manning 09:03 - Jan 15 with 2790 views | sw02sea | It’s obvious the yanks as usual, are waiting to sell before they buy. So For a few grand extra on his wages, surely it’s a no brainier to give Ryan Manning an extended contract? He was our best player today, and in previous games. If you consider Latibeaudiere is supposedly our other wingback, there are light years between the 2 of them. Manning isn’t the greatest of defenders, but offers us a considerable more going forwards, and always gives it 100% | | | | |
| Manning on 09:20 - Jan 15 with 1738 views | Whiterockin | If the rumour is true that he won't sign for less than £18K a week he has to move on unless he compromises. Paying him that amount would alter the dynamics of the club wage structure and cause long term damage. Yes I want him to stay but not at any cost, the club has to come first. | | | |

Surely the club and player can find some common ground ? Thing is people do complain, we all do sometimes without all the facts.,

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

That is £625,000 a year which is a much as 6 GPs earn in year. Does make you wonder why an average championship player thinks he is worth that.

Yes, but presently even he’s working harder than 6 GPs😉😠

Average EPL players think they are worth that per month! Footballers expect way above their true value! I dont mind selling before we buy but it has to be sustainable, we cannot keep selling and only reinvesting a lesser amount, we cannot do that and hope to keep getting better players. We cannot hope to keep unearthing gems or getting an Ollie Cooper from the academy eery year. We have to live within our means as much as possible but there do come times when a gamble may need to be taken. This division is fairly even this year (or poor depending on your point of view!) and a proper investment now could reap big dividends. So, if we don't sign anyone and we don't at least get to the play offs then we stand to lose Manning for nothing and there may be others, that weakens our finances and our squad. | Manning on 11:40 - Jan 15 with 1487 views | sw02sea | When you think of the “lost” wages we’ve spent on the likes of Sorinola, Fin Stevens, Liam Walsh, Paterson, Obafemi, not to mention previous crap loans, we could have easily accommodated a wage rise, for what would be an appreciating asset in Manning. Those whinging on about keeping the club sustainable, should have a go at the people responsible for bringing in the dead wood in the first place.

One he'll of a work rate with Manning , One of best players hopefull we can keep hold of
| Manning on 13:04 - Jan 15 with 1383 views | Joesus_Of_Narbereth | It’s very lucrative for a player to let his contract run down when there’s interest in him. It’s how we got Manning in the first place. | |

| Manning on 13:24 - Jan 15 with 1343 views | Dr_Winston | Manning is a worker. Decent from set pieces. His crossing of a live ball is by and large not very good with the occasional exception which is enough to convince some people otherwise. I preferred Bidwell on the left. Just as solid defensively and better getting forward. As a rule though I like him and would prefer he stay in the squad, but not at twenty grand a week. | |

How about the loans of Christie, Laird, The purchases of Downes and Darling ? I would say this website misses not a lot, and if you check back on last seasons loans you will clearly see criticism, very well constructed reasoning but put in a way some will always miss for a variety of reasons. I know, I do some of the research and pass it on. Five hundred reports over 15 months, do some word searching and have a look. The website is more than a hundred words spouting nonsense.
