Stop and search isn't the perfect answer, but is it a price worth paying to get rid of most of the weapons on the streets and cut the carnage. Carnage? Well apart from the deaths, there's loads of serious non-fatal injuries.

There has been a lot of talk about not having enough police on the streets - but is there enough capacity in the prison system to lock people up?
Why has the prison population grown exponentially even taking in UK population growth?
Is this to do with there being no fear now of going to prison? Or is it to do with increasing drug use within society?

Why aren't criminals currently not afraid of going to prison? It doesn't seem to be a deterrent? If it was a deterrent then why are prison numbers going up and up?

Once again our shadow home secretary Mrs Diane Abbott makes a prat of herself claiming that London should follow Glasgow who have solved their knife crime problem. She even goes as far to say their were NO knife crime deaths in Glasgow. In 2017 there were two deaths. Given Glasgow's population is about an eight of London's that equates to 16. hardly zero is it.
In London most knife crime victims are Black.
In London most knife crime attackers are Black.
Since stop and search was stopped in London knife crimes and deaths have vastly increased.
