I am totally against 'Big Brother' government initiatives. But right now I'd be delighted to see the government use ANPR to identify those idiots rushing to the coast etc. at the weekend and telling them that they've been identified as having poor judgement and a danger to the rest of the population and should remain at home for twelve weeks. |  |

Same goes for gangs of youths who will continue to gather in gangs & video the police in case they do something to upset them.
Anyone breaking the rules put in place should be kicked fuk out by a copper or the army.
