I have tried but it's been shot down, the clue is in the article.......its more than a clue, it tells you why things are changing and who is behind it.
If you were investing a decent chunk with a view of putting more in then you would want things changed in the shiite show that has been ongoing for way too long.
It's not a takeover but one man has plans bigger than just getting on board......that T word might be something down the line.

Marsh has been waaayyy out of his depth. It was a strange appointment from the off - how an earth Winter was allowed to give someone that role without any depth of experience, lack of contacts, little pedigree or track record is an embarrassment to the club.
Winter himself has been totally anonymous. Rarely have I ever known anyone hold such a high position with so little charisma, such poor communication skills, lack of any obvious leadership qualities, etc. etc.
Very poor show all round which comes from trying to run a business from the other side of the Atlantic. Even worse, Winter holding such a prestigious role without full relocation with home residence still in the north of England. |  | | |

As had been confirmed, these changes were put in motion in February.
There has been no “fire rocket”, just carefully planned and executed changes that have taken months to deliver.
Nothing to do with Morgan, nothing to do with the new DC United owning chairman (that you knew nothing about until today) and nothing to do with Nigel…. As much as it pains you, this was all done by the owners you do your best to slate at every opportunity.
