Often as long as they fax (I really still think it is fax) the paperwork in before 5pm for the EFL then that's good enough. Sometimes they get like 15mins leeway but thats it.
Then the clubs have to like spend a few hours getting the player in the shirt or whatever for the website announcement.
So, we really only know around 6-7pm.
I hope we get £2m+ for him. If we did that would be amazing, Evil Les and Mastermind Hoos have done it again! |  |

According to Sky, as long as notification Fax (!) in by 5, they have an extra 2 hours until 7 to complete paperwork, subject to medical, etc.

He’s a lot better at crossing a ball (and attacking in general) than Jake Bidwell.
But he’s worse defensively, we’ll certainly defensive positioning.
He is definitely a better all round footballer, mind.
