Personally, I find it peculiarly annoying to have arrivistes like JS and Nourry coming in and effectively renaming our cave in away that just sounds stupid, and then the likes of Edwards following suit. Is nothing sacred?

When I started following the club almost everyone called us Queens Park Rangers or Rangers. You were going down The Bush or going down the Rangers, never going down to QPR.
It was the 1967 League Cup Final that introduced this abomination when The Football League adverised it as "The Alphabet Final". I've used the initials in songs/chants etc, but I'd be surprised if you found any post from me using them. Apart from to moan about them being used! | | | |

They do this a lot in Brazil.. and it annoys the hell out of me. Whenever we get QPR on the TV with Brazilian coms here, they refer to us as Queens, which really riles me.
