Should have been Joey Barton, but his perfectly valid goal was knocked off. So, Clint Hill instead. Leeds away 13-14 season. 1-0 win.

Having lived almost all my life in Oz meant being a foreign fan and my only previous game was the final 0-1 home loss to Bury in '98.

First match was 2-1 against Colchester (H) in 66/67.

Memory fails me who scored and I can't find it on the internet. Would appreciate it if anyone knows.

David Bardsley.

2-1 win against Leeds, 1992.

For some reason my main memory of the game is Gordon Strachan playing for Leeds.

Almost 74 years ago! Truly impressed. Mine was 51 years back Rodney against Birmingham in. 5-2 home win.
I did see Rangers in a testimonial 2-1 defeat at Brentford the year before but don't remember who scored for us.

Never fail to be disappointed with myself when I read threads like this. I neither remember the scorer, nor the score or the opponent come to that.I think my first visit was in 1969/70, as I cannot recall the stadium not having the SAR, but fck knows!
