Maybe no control over transfers but I would think he discusses the teams needs with HJ and I would imagine/hope that specific players are scrutinised before Huw goes back to the owners and asks for the cheque book.
We shouldn't all be tarred with the same brush you know!

He doesn't say that at all though Bryn. In fact he says 'the chairman and owners know what we need' which could easily mean he has agreed the priorities with them. I'm not really a fan of Jenkins control freaky but he idea that FG has no say is pretty far fetched.
