Sounds like the bursa’s inflamed. See your GP for blood works and see a podiatrist. Gel heel inserts have made a massive difference to me. |  |

Do it asap. It works great for me - touch wood, I can eat and drink whatever i want. I was told it takes a few weeks to work and you can get gout before that happens, but less severe. It's worth a try as it's such a miserable condition to have. Good luck! | | | |
