A fact that is being ignored when the club is mentioned, is that the Trust is 21% of the club. The Trust is not taking any proposed legal action against the club(partly itself) but against individuals. The club which includes the Trust has stated many times that it lives within its means. I've no knowledge apart from the Trust info and what I read on here, it will be a courts decision to apportion the amount I assume. In the time it takes to get throughout should not affect the club as it has been stated 'we are living within ourmeans' | | | |

The fear that the Trust would do due diligence on the prospective buyers and consider them unsuitable custodians of the club. This happened previously with Moores and Noell. |
Which is why they were later excluded. The issue for me when it does get to court is ... did they do the same inclusive exchange of information for Moore's and Noell as they did for this lot. And if not why not ? 🤔 |  |
