I watched the game and I enjoyed it. I didnt particularly care who won, I watched as an interested neutral, aren't we allowed to do that?
People on here slating others for watching England, do they never watch other teams besides Swansea and Wales? Did they watch no other games besides Wales in 2016, will they watch no other games at the next WC?
To be honest this womens tournament has been refreshing, no overpaid moaning, diving wimps surrounding the ref and hectoring him at every decision against them. As I've said, the pace is slower and the quality is lesser BUT it was honest effort, great attitude and what a goal by Toone!
My son plays for a team that was, until last week, coached by a female player. They payed an end of season match against a touring team that girls played in, then the adults had a go with women involved.
Times have changed but some people don't want to roll with them.

I think the majority just dont care, being Welsh I have no interest in how England do. The same as i have no interest in how France do (Although i did want them to lose the mens Euro final last year).

The sport of rugby in England is very much upper class. The players however, all seems to be really nice, down to earth blokes. Watch the Lions Documentaries or see them interact with fans or the way they are on social media for example. Top set of guys.
If you read any of the Welsh or Irish players books, they praise the English boys sky high. I do want England to beat the Aussies, NZ or SA but it's also very funny when they get stuffed, Win - win really | | | |

There are many rugby clubs on Wirral and Upper class they are not. Caldy is in an area of super wealth …judges residence country, and my lad played there.A few snoots but not upper class.
