I'm not liberal and believe it or not I fully support a more controlled immigration system. I've never used a Turkish barber, I don't use a hand car wash, I've never used food delivery service and I don't vape. My wife only uses a nail salon that accepts card. The problem is all of my friends use these services so they're sustainable

If ever there was a display of ignorance it's this post. The rape of young girls is amongst the worst crimes imaginable, but it's a problem of men exploiting young girls the world over not exclusively associated with any religion or area.
Terrorism is an even worse crime, but a crime committed by a miniscule minority of brainwashed scum. It can't be justified - and I do think that the muslim community as a whole could do more to disassociate themselves from the problem, but judging from the success of the intelligence services in preventing even more attrocities the world over the muslim community as a whole are clearly attempting to rid themselves of the problem and are more than happy to help prevent them happening.
The teacher in question showed a picture of Muhammed, which in itself is forbidden, but the picture shown had already caused huge controversy in France (and a terrorist attack) to a school who's pupils are nearly 50% Muslim. Now intimidating a teacher is not on, and anyone who threatened them should be prosecuted, but it was an idiotic thing to do on their part.
This is where intergration comes in to play, the original muslim population of the area were invited to come here to support the UK economy after the war by working in manufacturing. They weren't asked to come to the UK, support our economy but leave their culture at home. It's how and why places change it's been that way since humans have existed.
And no we don't need more barbers or vape shops but we clearly want them, if every person in this country who have a problem with immigration stopped using them they'd pretty much vanish. [Post edited 2 Apr 11:10]

The comment about terrorism is factually incorrect. Extreme Right Wing terrorism accounts for between 25 and 30 % of the police/ security services case load and its growing. Over 20% of the “terrorists” in prison are related to the extreme right wing.

I lived in Turkiye for 7 years and that nation is s 90%. Muslim. It was never apparent to me that they did not like dogs. In fact it is clearly a myth. Turks love dogs.
My Turkish teacher had one and the working dog the Kangal is a famous Turkish breed used for protecting sheep and goats.
Turkiye has a problem with stray dogs as they do not seem to have voluntary sector like RSPCA who treat the we animals to prevent births.

The teacher in question showed a picture of Muhammed, which in itself is forbidden, but the picture shown had already caused huge controversy in France (and a terrorist attack) to a school who's pupils are nearly 50% Muslim. Now intimidating a teacher is not on, and anyone who threatened them should be prosecuted, but it was an idiotic thing to do on their part.
This is where intergration comes in to play, the original muslim population of the area were invited to come here to support the UK economy after the war by working in manufacturing. They weren't asked to come to the UK, support our economy but leave their culture at home. It's how and why places change it's been that way since humans have existed.
And no we don't need more barbers or vape shops but we clearly want them, if every person in this country who have a problem with immigration stopped using them they'd pretty much vanish. [Post edited 2 Apr 11:10]
