The ref thought so 🤣

It’s still incompetence isn’t it
It shouldn’t be like this
That wasn’t even debatable
Were the better team but failed to put them away as we could have
We are still playing with spirit though and that’s good

We took our foot off the pedal as soon as that penalty went in and gave away the goal. Jeep going FFS! Good win though.

Fair play to QPR they pushed on playing some good football and got a goal back, although our defence helped then, it was the opening of the red sea.

Great result when its all said and done, bout time that we were allowed to have the ref giving us a dodgy penalty, we don't get the real ones so

The ones we’ve not had would have changed results
I think we would still have won even if that had no been given

Very often
However , refereeing in general is shocking to see

QPR were robbed,; hang on they were behind before the decision and remained so at the final whistle. Win away from home a cracking performance in the second half , subs weakened a us a little but chances were made that on another would have gone in. Not impressed with the final five minutes defensive nonesense of clear a ball to anywhere when we could have brought the ball down and kept possession to ease the pressure that we succumbed to towards the end but luckily a cracking referee deemed we were the better team and acted accordingly.
If anything validated the need for VAR in the Championship that decision was it. Not a fan of VAR given the benefit of the doubt is supposed to be given to the attacking team and the millimetres involved but blatant mistakes by officiating staff are an issue in the Championship and the money involved at the level the league need it.

I wont disagree.....the majority of officials ( referees assistants included) we have seen at the .com this season have been atrocious.

Last Saturday being a prime example

The referees in the championship are making it a lottery match by match, but overall you end up where you deserve, the best go up and the worst go down.

Vetchy
It’s a lottery move lost count of the tight games I’ve seen decided by rank incompetence
Imagine a team needing to win to stay up being on the wrong side of decisions like these
Still Chelsea falling to pieces
Leicester in deep doo do
That’ll do me

That was a very good away performance but what was most impressive was the shooting accuracy with 11 on target from 18 attempts. Plus we won almost every aerial challenge mainly through Cabango and Burgess. Both of our goals were fortunate. But it was a good finish from Ronald.

You can see why Tymon is so highly regarded. He was again excellent. Despite what our completely clueless friend Onehunglow might think.

Didn't see the first 35 minutes but it looked as if we were in control of the game snuffing out their play opening them up, moving the ball swiftly through the midfield taking the right pass knowing when to pass ourselves out of danger or turn and get the ball forward, keeping possession as high up the park as could be expected and creating chances, covering our players pressing forward from deep but that fell away after the substitutions but we also had that 2 goal cushion that we manager to steer to a win a little too uncomfortably for my liking.

On Tymon

A whole lot better this season than in the past for both us and his previous team, Manning suffered on exactly the same wingback mode, not fullback mode really, prefer my fullbacks to come from deeper to join the play keeping a forward momentum and while keeping in the deeper role so he can keep tight and stay goalside of wingers
