As the truth comes out we learn that Murrell could sign off his own expenses and invoices in the SNP can be signed off by one person!
This sums up the the gross incompetence and desperate lack of knowledge and skills of our political.classes.
I do a small bit of work for a not for profit organisation with a £50K turnover. Payments from the organisation's bank account require two people to authorise them and receipts are required for any expenditure which are countersigned.
