Excellent so far. My only disappointment is that Opoku is again less effective than last time out. Missed a real sitter as the ball rebounded from the post, and has not made the most of some good positions. As good a half of football as I've seen for some time. The opening 15 minutes were on another level. .
All the fluid movement from the midfield and attacking players is causing havoc. Watford didn't have a clue where to look.

He's been one of our best players so far this season. He's made a couple of wrong decisions this game but is busy and causing Watford problems. I wouldn't say this is a bad performance by any means. | | | |

There’s a fine line between controlling and throwing it away. It coukd have gone against us second half and if they’d got one I wonder how that would have affected us mentally. Much too much sloppiness especially at the beginning of the half but we did regain our edge later on.
I hope we can get our mental attitude right and kick on in the early parts if the second half in future.
But thst first half was verging on WBA all those years ago. A joy to watch. | |
