I'm not legally trained but it would seem to me that a murder charge would be appropriate. Manslaughter as an alternative but a very lengthy prison sentence either way.

Unfortunately there’s no way they could ever prove that the scumbag who spat was the one who transmitted the virus so a manslaughter/murder charge would be out of the question. It would be assault or maybe even a terrorism charge.

Charge with assault and they will be named, then let nature take its course.

What a shockingly dreadful state of affairs.

The best and absolute worst of humanity.

Rest in Peace, Belly Mujinga. May her daughter find some tiny comfort in the outpouring of shock and sorrow from the huge majority of those that will read of her Mum’s passing.

Why canton? He’d just blend in with all the other dickheads.

I'd love to say murder but any half decent lawyer could make a reasonable doubt argument. If there's any justice he did have the virus and it did for him too.

If not then put him in a room with members of her family and walk away.....it's what he deserves even if it is a bit caveman!

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Difficult to prove, of course, but they don’t even know who he is.
If he is traced and has the disease and knew he had it at the point of the offence then a charge would easily be preferred IMO.
It’s just what ...
Sir John will be a long shortly, but in any event this would be an interesting test case if Covid was included in the charge as I’m pretty certain nobody has been done yet.
Easily a charge of assault, I’m open to discussion but I would say if he knew he had the virus at the time then an attempt could work.

OK I've changed it.

They should have such a thing as a death ship.
You get a trawler or something and you modified it and weld an industrial shredder to the deck with the pipe pointing out to sea.
You then sail about two miles out and stick the ćunts straight through it.
You can even put them through feet first and stop it when it’s just above the knees and laugh at then before putting them all the way through.

Before anyone starts I’m being 100% serious.

That's where reasonable doubt comes in, unless he'd been tested and was a confirmed case all he has to do is say he was lying to scare her.

Unless they find him it won't matter.

I always liked the idea in the old Bond films where someone is strapped legs akimbo to a table/board then a saw or a laser edges ever slower towards the bollock area. Obviously in real life you wouldn’t leave the victim with inept guards allowing him to escape and you wouldn’t share your intimate plans of world domination with him either.

They could bring back some of the medieval punishments too. There was one where you’d be chucked inside a brass bull and a fire would be lit underneath until you slowly roasted to death.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

Bring back the Iron Maiden. A person is placed inside a metal casket with spikes on the inside that can be extended further into the skin on a daily basis whilst run to the hills is played on a loop and on maximum volume.

Just shoot him. Save some cash on the legal and prison expense.

Whether he knew he had it or not, you don’t spit at somebody, regardless of whether there’s a pandemic or not.

The problem is stuff like this go’s unpunished daily and that’s where law and order starts to breakdown.
