Its only tentative talks, but after a phone call this afternoon, this isn't speculation, this could easily happen by Saturday.Swansea City are weighing up a move for AFC Wimbledon striker Joe Pigott. The 26-year-old enjoyed a fruitful season last term, scoring 18 goals for Glyn Hodges’ side and he’s started this campaign in similar fashion with him recording two goals and four assists thus far. The Swans face competition from Reading for his signature, with it reported he could be available for a cut-price fee in the region of £200,000
The Swansea Independent believes there's no smoke without fire here, and contact tonight with allies of the site point to this being an Andy Scott recommendation to Julian Winter, 200k is an absolute steal.

Don't know enough about him to have an opinion either way, but if you are right in what you say regarding this being an Andy Scott recommendation then we need to give him the benefit of the doubt, did a good enough job at Brentford.

All Swanseas best signing were cheap. Bodde Scotland Rangel Williams Britton Michu. Bigger fee does not mean better. Borja and Clucas.

I honestly think if there was two players for sale of exactly the same ability, one price set at £5m and the other set at £100k, many of our supporters would want us to get the £5m player.
