| Wales V France then 09:23 - Mar 9 with 2481 views | onehunglow | No sarky mentions of domestic abuse here by the way. 8pm Friday will see a Cardiff pyss up with our daffodid dyckes in full flow waving a pint of peace at the nearest camera when our lads will probably be trashed asunder. This French team looks like a template Huge front row, gigantic second row and a back row or sizeable chaps who can actually run with ball in hand. A skilful light full back who s a maverick, two lethal wings and a bashing centre and a blockhouse. Throw in the best scrum half in the world and there you have it. BTW,I rate only Sir Gareth and the late great Joost VDW as good as Antoine,a player you d want to kick all day -but you wouldnt catch him.The guy is a sporting genius .Watch him whether you like the egg or not. He s blubby gorgeous too.And yes,I would let him entertain my missus . I would myself. As for Wales,we have to be fearful but you never know. France might get bored or simply declare at half time. They may pull the game if to many drop out, but their second string are probably not far behind the first string in terms of quality. | |

Well done to the WRU marketing team, I hope you enjoy the TV money Lets be honest, who in their right mind would travel to Cardiff by public transport for an evening game and then put up with the hassle of getting home afterwards. I know people who have done it before and swore they would never do it again, tonight, they'll be down the pub instead

Bizarrely I’m looking forward to the game .at least for now. I love singing La Marseillaise and it’s easier to sing than ours …no offence . Wifey has promised me some post match relief so that might be a factor . Meanwhile ,I hope they catch dysentery No offence

Getting home after any international in Cardiff by public transport is a nightmare, no matter the ko time, Friday night is just a no-go for thousands. Difficult to understand why the WRU or Cardiff council agree to this. Clearly it is about tv money for the WRU but the city council & businesses would surely prefer a Saturday. The whole infrastructure cannot cope not helped by Transport for Wales poorly equipped trains & services. Don’t even get me started on ticket prices … quite a few coaches & ex coaches of our regions have commented on the lack of investment in the regions. They refer to Irish, Scottish & English focus developing the domestic game & grass roots while the WRU is spending money on building a hotel in Cardiff. Empty seats are exactly what the WRU deserve.

| Wales V France then on 21:58 - Mar 11 with 1598 views | Catullus | Well in the end we had the chances but we made mistakes at the vital moments. Biggar choosing not to kick the penalty was probably a bad decision though, at least we'd have had a drop goal attempt available in the dying seconds. We do all the hard work and shoot ourselves in the foot. | |

Spot on Gwyn, ref was decent, although I question as to whether kicking the ball out of a ruck, seems a certain yellow card for me, couple of dubious holding on decisions went against us, and France lived offside first half and got away with it because of the speed they all came up, they got caught out a couple of times in the 2nd half though, never ever seen jD drop a ball in that sort of position before

Biggar was immense all game, Faletau was excellent.

| Wales V France then on 22:42 - Mar 11 with 1497 views | majorraglan | Be an interesting game in Twickenham tomorrow, if England win they’ll play France with a lot of confidence and a juggernaut pack who’ll try to play a tight attritional game against the French. If Ireland prevail, they’ll be hoping to smash the jocks and that England can get a result in Paris. France are good, but I think England shouldn’t be underestimated. | | | |

France were lucky to escape without any colour card for the ugly looking clearout by Flament in the second-half.
