Boro fan here - parking 12:03 - Mar 31 with 4797 viewsBorolad

Hi
Coming down next week to the match. First time at the liberty. Staying in a Travelodge near the water on Friday night, planning then to drive and park near the stadium as driving back up north after the game.
What’s parking like around the ground? Not bothered about whether it’s an official club or unofficial car park.Ideally somewhere not too far as one of the lads walks with a stick and can’t do long distances.

Cheers , looking forward to giving you 3 points next week 😀

Well done on making the trip, done a midweek trip up to Ayresome Park when we beat you in a cup reply ( I think Robson was your manager at the time)

Safe journey but obviously I hope you come a long way for fuk all 👍

Plenty of on street parking in and around Hafod. I always park there with no problems. 10 minute walk to the ground.
Enjoy the game......but hope you go away empty handed...obviously

Hafod may be just little too far and too much of an incline for someone who walks with a stick, depending on how mobile they are.

Park in Morrison's, it's a flat 5 minute walk.

We’ll play you off the park my friend. You won’t know what’s hit you.

But you’ll win 2-0🤣

Thanks lads that’s a help. Is Morrison’s free ? And can u park for say 3 hours.

Yep long trip butnever been so one to tick off the list. Did Newport in the cup 😱.

As for going home with F all, we’ve lost 4 on the trot. Bristol city on Tuesday so make that 5. I’d go 2-0 to you lot. Oh and don’t be surprised to hear Pulis out chants. He’s killing our club.

Unlike at your club the only parking at the ground is ST holders, corporate etc, plus possibly if you ring the club disabled. it's a nightmare to get out of.
As others have said plenty of on street parking if you get there early enough.
As for Morrisons, etc, not 3 hours on a matchday

Potter has a new tactic now don't give the opposition corners easier than showing them how to defend properly.

Plenty of places to park for £5. Head for Rossi's chip shop and turn up the hill and before the Railway pub you'll see a sign for parking £5, a bloke who looks like Harry Redknapp works there

It’s free, but you’ll get in an almighty bottleneck after the game.

Either go for a pint and let the traffic die down, or park in the park and ride/car park opposite just across the road from the ground. Plenty of street parking, but may be a bit of a walk for someone with sticks.

I thought Morrisons has signs saying you can't park there on match days?

I take it it’s easier to get out of the park n ride then. .? Sounds a better option cheers

Cost £8.
Considering how much they have spent, don't think £8 is going to worry them

Landore Social club is your best bet. All the options rather than the ground are 5-10 minutes walk away from the away end.

As you are in town why not drive to the Park and Ride next to the ground? I suspect you would be leaving the hotel and spending some time in the city centre on Saturday morning,
It costs just £2.50 to park a car all day and return bus travel for up to 4 passengers.(bus from car park to locations in the centre of Swansea) Park and Ride customers can also purchase a ticket giving unlimited travel for a day on First Cymru services in the Swansea area for £1.70.

It also offers reasonably pain free access back the motorway.

If you decide to do this get there early (before 12) as it is policy to refuse entry if the staff think you are going to the game.

This for someone on a stick. It's probably the closest you'll get. Can be a bit of a wait getting out, but it's not as bad as escaping some grounds.
