Without doubt ....although Robbie wouldn’t be plying his trade for a mid team championship side.

He certainly was | |
| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

I used to work in the same department as his father Roy (a lovely fella full of jokes). He was there that day watching him play when he died and it broke him. He passed away not too much later. RIP both

Unbelievable where has that time gone ? Remember Robbie when he lived in Bro Dedwydd in Dunvant years ago and watching him playing in that team of Curtis, Charles & James in the mid/late 70s ... what a pleasure that was ðŸ‘💪💪💪

Robbie James ... 18/02/1998 on 11:03 - Feb 19 with 1041 views | Jacket | Hard to believe it's been twenty two years. The recently deceased Harry Gregg gave him his chance to step up from local youth football when Cardiff amongst others were sniffing around. What did we do before academies eh?!

It’s a conundrum 😂 Curt, James, Charles, not my era but I’m sure there’s loads more. Plus our recruiting then seemed more basic but more successful.

He made his league debut against Charlton in 1973, a few weeks past his 16th birthday.

Robbie James ... 18/02/1998 on 20:09 - Feb 19 with 789 views | Vetchfielder | He played right wing in the Harry Griffiths team when I first started watching the Swans. Wyndham brings it forward 20 yds, gives it to Robbie, Robbie bursts forward, beats the full back and crosses for Charlo to head in or Curt to sweep it in with his instep. So many goals like that. He had an ungainly running style with no knee lift but it disguised a bit of pace. In midfield, he would burst forward and boy could he shoot. And when he returned, he even played lots of games for us at Centre Half - he was so good that he could still control a match from there, even out of his normal position. Bows head.
| Proud to have been one of the 231 |

I wonder how many games he played before he was 20? None of this carp of resting players because they are young
