Disagree, at the game it was obvious a change was needed, we had a bright start then petered off as the half wore on, the goals they scored were coming and a change was needed before ht, as you say changes are normally made at 60-75 mins but on this occasion they should have been done at ht as the players in that system were clearly not working. | | | |

The truly worrying thing is RM has spent all his life around football and was a high level defender, why can't he see what blindingly obvious to most of the fans and pundits, or is it simply a case of arrogant stubbornness. Do the owners think that possession wins football matches.
As someone said earlier, he stumbled on a side and formation that actually won football matches, but less possession, but he's switched it back and we've gone seven games without a win. We should be knocking on the PL door with this squad and I truly believe that. | | | |

It's ass backwards, we should be trying to win the first half then play this keep ball nonsense in the second. We can't keep letting the oppo have the lead and hope to pick up many points.
Even if we do as I suggest, try to win the first half, we should still be more positive in the second and look to kill games off.
When Joe, Oli and Oko-Flex are on we look dangerous, we look lively and we make the oppo suffer. Is it only Martin, his coaching team and the owners who can't see that? There is stacks of evidence. Maye his coaching team don't say anything in case they get shipped out! | |

I'm not so sure the second para is totally wrong. I'm sure the majority still have hope. it will all come down how we are doing in the league after new year. If we are still on the fringes of the play offs then people will still lay off him but f we slide inexorably down the table the tide will definitely turn.
