Sort of inevitable. We have no money. Have to muddle through until the end of the season.
At least it appears we still have Hugill. I was half expecting him to be recalled too.
Means we need to think of Hugill, BOS, Oteh, Clarke and Eze rotating in the front line.
It's all fine for the fans to complain but if we do anything stupid it's another fine and a points deduction next time.

But trust my mates judgement above yours though mate. How many competitive games have you seen him play? Not under 23s, which is completely different to the trials and tribulations of professional football.
I understand you rate him and have seen him in the Uber 23s but he's done nothing out on loan and can't even hold down a regular place.
If he comes back and Jordan gets injured then Oteh is our number one striker, for me that is a very worrying scenario. Three goals in around 20 games and one of those was a penalty is not a fantastic return especially when you compare it to the loan spells that chair and Eze had. |

Remembering when I've seen Oteh play for us, he was fine.
I admit that I can only recall away to Burton & at home to Leeds, but he scored in both. Just the two of them wouldn't be ideal, but I'm sure it's better than we've had in some seasons!
I'm expecting Hugill to score more league goals this season than Wells does. |  | | |

Personally I'd rather take that money and put it towards getting a slightly better player this summer, or making an improved contract offer to the likes of Eze BOS Masterson etc.

It's one of the obvious reasons why i don't like us taking players on loan anyway, unless absolutely necessary. So it's our own fault, even if it's shitty and unjust.
I suppose if you'd asked me who i most wanted us to keep, it'd be Bright and Eze, so realistically i'd say things could still be a lot worse at least
Oteh might be on a better wavelength with players like Eze and Chair. I'm not sure Nahki or Jordan Hugill are particularly. Nahki was too fast, his feet moved faster than his brain, whereas Jordan is...perhaps a touch limited and too basic, might be that Oteh can dovetail effectively with our young triumvirate?
