Woke up at 4am to a really electric-crackly thunderstorm. Completely dry now.
A reasonable 28oC in my WFH room with the fan on a gentle breeze (and the dog crashed out on his cushion). Mrs Juzzie is in a room at work that is nearly 32oC with no windows, no air con, no fans, no air circulation. Not happy.
My son is on a adventure week with school so they're having fun in woodlands, rock climbing, indoor pool kayaking etc. Just hope the school won't close as my daughter is there with the other classes.
I have the beer in the fridge ready for a, relatively, child-free evening to watch the footie.

Need to get to Sainsburys pronto and restock the bloody freezer.
I have a tub of so called 'easy scoop' Pavlova raspberry Ice Cream, well let me tell you there Is no such thing as easy scoop ice cream It's a bastard to get out of the tub, almost rock hard.
Rowntree's Fruit Pastille ice lollies are bloody awesome bloody lovely.

That sounds great. Spoons have a bad name with some but I've found them great.
I didn't like the Plough&Harrow in Hammersmith but the William Morris is excellent.
