Yep but we have pulled in another 6 teams so it's all good. Also what's exactly happened to Swansea they are pretty rank now also.

More the merrier, its working what result you want that getting complicated.

Needed Wednesday to nick a 1-0 today.

A draw would have been good for us and not for either of them. Yes, would’ve been nice to move out of the bottom three but it wasn’t necessary today.

Immaterial now anyway!

We just got to keep focusing on our own games and try and get ourselves into a position where we don’t need favours elsewhere.

We have to finish above both Stoke and Swansea, just utter boring teams. Even Sheff Wednesday need to finish above them.

We just need to try and get something out of every game starting with Norwich. Not easy but they are beatable. Our bench today gave me real hope.

Never knowingly right.

Both Sheffield's could be going down. United four down at home after 30 minutes. Could be heading for another 8-0...

I mentioned Stoke as the target team for us a couple of weeks ago. They appear to be seeking regular Potteries Derby fixtures.

Millwall were very poor against us and under Rooney Birmingham slipped down 15 places

Our momentum needs to carry on and perhaps Huddersfield too could well escape.

Need to at least draw next Saturday

Was amazed we got any players in during transfer Window and no losses ie Dozzell is no loss.

Was vilified last week for being a happy clapper

Let's not do the 'what people did to me' post Numpty. You're better than that. Those posts do my head in.

You're amazed by who we got in so the baseline wasn't exactly hopeful.

It was a bit more than vilification Brooklyn very personal and nasty but it was generally all from Stainrods Elbow so par for the course with him.

I generally am a happy clapper but even myself was beginning to despair and going to games expecting us to lose so no one more delighted than me.

And yes there are seven or eight average teams within four or five points.ahead of us and sixteen games to go.

The opportunities are there.

Ha !!

Stoke is a very interesting one.

They have an odd mix of history ( I can remember their great teams in the 60/70's and they were good ) alongside a good stadium ( when the suns out and it's not blowing a gale ) and one of the richest owners going.

All of which makes for a very demanding fan base. They've got very short fuses in terms of their manager expectations and being a regular follower of "The Oat Cake" website can confirm they're obviously not happy with their current lot.

To be fair they have been blessed with some right arsehole managers over the last couple or so years. Nathan Jones being a particular highlight.

So, reading recent posts it's clear they're in decline, possibly terminally in terms of Championship retention. I don't think they've signed or pulled anyone in over the transfer window so are very much stuck with what they've got. No bounce expected. Their squad seems to have a very bland look about it and clearly the locals aren't happy.

Overall they're getting worse not better and quiet how they get out of this current trajectory is hard to see. I don't think the management /owners have the nerve to change the manager ( again ) as they've gone through FIVE in the last two years...
Long may it continue

You Rrrrr's etc

Can only look after ourselves and not worry about who is playing who when. Six more wins. Six.

That's probably the ask although seven might be nice.

There is soooooo much rubbish in this league. Preston are three points off the playoffs ffs and how bad were they against us?

The Ainsworth handicap is what will kill us if we do go down. Like Wednesday, everyone else had a massive head start on us.

If we had beaten Weds like we should and if we'd beaten Udders at their place like we should, the world would be looking rather different...

They’re playing Blackburn away before us too. Could be interesting if we can get something against Norwich.

7 wins takes us to 49 points which will be touch and go.

Not sure where the 7 wins come from

S.Weds h
Rotherham h
Birmingham h
Preston h
Stoke a
Swansea a

Seem like the ones to target, then need a bit of a miracle when we play Leicester, Leeds, Boro, Norwich, Hull
