To be fair, this would probably be avoided if the trust took a minute to regularly update supporters that there is understandably no news due to what sound like very unfortunate circumstances. A simple locked stickied thread would do the job. | | | |

I guess that due to legal advice we aren't told details but there does seem to be some proceedings even if not including legal reps.

I have to say, that since the debacle of the first vote to accept the offer, and what came after including Phil's resignation, i'm very surprised that he's not staying on now to see the legal action through to it's conclusion.
