I know people are only trying to help and show support but I was grouchy after a long and stressful day and it’s hard to get some rest when people are singing outside your window and launching fireworks everywhere.
It’s also frustrating that the same people who were singing last night are the ones openly flouting the lockdown today. |  |

That's the situation at home. Imagine getting a text today saying that a previous house insurance had renewed with no email (I have checked) and wife has got back from Singleton and spent three hours waiting and now the effing office has closed (sheilas effing wheels)
Friggin shattered and dealing with this.

Work has been challenging with colleagues and customers showing inconsistent behaviour, sometimes acting totally out of character.
It wears you down.
I've been grumpy one minute, angry the next then laughing my head off at anything remotely amusing.
I tell you what, laying off the booze has helped me.
I've even started working out more than I've done in years.
It has helped mentally and definitely physically and hopefully boosted my immune system.
Each to their own mind. I know how pleasant having a drink is.
