By his followers? By about 50 people who pre planned it, meaning his speech did nothing to them. There was clearly a few Qanon lunatics there that think they see messages in any and all of his tweets or speeches.
Remember marching and protesting is desirable, not a crime. Voices should be heard. What Trumps speech did do was encourage people to march to the Capitol building and protest, which they did in their thousands.
What is unacceptable is criminality, but as I said, that was pre planned. The speech wasn’t seen as a call to arms until after the pre planned break in, then people went back and claimed it was. Again, that’s the media in 2020/21.
