A win's a win but let's face it Blackburn blew it ;they had enough chances to put us to sleep.
Cabango,deemed unuitable for centre half was amazing and showed what a true centre half he is yet he is still played out of position by this coach.
Downes ,one of the best moving forward selected a centre half.
Amazing
The irony of today showed what no no nonsense solid defending does but we have a flaky keeper in Fisher ,for sure,and quite we spunked 300k on this fella is staggering.
This performance should show any coach what is what;brave ,committed and solid.
Now ,bring Hamer back and pick Cabango as centre half ;also extend his contract offering more money.We need this guy. |  |

Not a fan of the way we sat back for basically the last 35 minutes. Lucky that didn't bite us on the arse. Again, far too fond of a backwards ball when there's a clear forward option too. Pato did it two or three times. Turned backwards when there was absolutely no need. That needs to be hammered out of them, or at least no longer hammered into them.
Otherwise a gutsy performance and a valuable three points. Wolf will get overlooked by many but he had another good game. Not sure if we play the kind of football he will thrive in, but can't fault his determination. |

We were better against Luton. Red card obviously plays a part in that, but can't remember any chances apart from the one we scored. Even with two up front the wingbacks approach hasn't been working for us creatively. Wolf not in the game. Players looking up and not seeing options, leading Cabango to try to dribble people in our own half. Very lucky they didn't pack their finishing boots.

I didn't think Fisher did anything wrong, just like Wolf, he needs a few games to settle in properly, it's a bit harsh to criticise him without giving him a bit of time.
Pato is a luxury player, when he's good he's fantastic but he can be very annoying too. It's clear we need him but we don't need any more of"not being in then right place" so if there's issues then talk them out, don't be "ill" because I'm sure Martin will listen to him. I was one of his biggest critics on here but inside the ground you support the team, on here is where you moan, unless it's about the ref. There definitely needs to be a citing system so blatant cheats can be weeded out. | |

Disagree Cabango was fine, Wolfie relied on Pato, instead of doing what he did against Luton, Paterson made a massive difference for 60 mins, but he does seems to gas after 60mins, but he was doing that before his downtime, madness to have taken off Obafemi IMO. | |

We rarely dominate games, that's a myth.
Dominating possession is not dominating the game. I can understand people being unhappy in that instance where the issues aren't looked at because of this false notion that ''we dominated - so therefore should have won''.
3 points is what its all about and you have to get it in a way that gives you the best chance to. So far those instances have been few and far between. When we play a mixed style we usually come away with a result. |  |

Why do you think Fisher is "Flaky " ?, his distribution improved as the game progressed and imo is on par with Hamers , he's under instruction to play out from the back ( something most Clubs now awant their keepers to do ) and I can't recall him making any errors today when you consider the amount of action in his area I thought he did well enough . | |

He also passes one touch when players are there for him. Four time in the first half he played the ball for Christie to moved on and four times Christie didn’t bother.

We play a CM in the CH space for just that reason.
