Honestly, I thought it was quite entertaining. Swansea definitely a poorer side than us and we must have had twice as many shots as them. Wish all away games had us in the hunt. |  |

Screaming at the TV for attacking changes as I really thought three points were there for the taking.
Marc Poo had to be hooked.
Clear MOTM for me was Cameron - really strong in the tackle, bulldozered through players and picked some great passes and good shot he was unlucky with.

I know you look for a reaction but you do ham it up a bit too much to be taken seriously.
Absolutely can see that some will be urging the team on to win with the possibility that changes at the back would leave us susceptible to a weaker defence but your stance can't be serious?
Will be important to win on Saturday as its the next stage of arresting the slump but 'must win?' I don't think so.
I said before the match that I think we play in good spells and bad spells, I thought a draw would help us to end the current bad spell and start another good spell so I'm looking forward with optimism but would accept another draw as part of that process |  | | |

We should have had the BOS one though.
If it weren't for the context of 4 previous defeats and a malaise around the club, that would feel 100% better. Aside from the lack of a finisher, which is not news to anyone but our board, that was a good away performance.
We still need a win ASAP though... |

No Barbet did not catch Ayew, Ayew stood about waiting for a challenge and then did the old trick of swinging his own leg out to catch Barbet's - he was almost appealing before there was contact. Cheating, simple as. Can't believe so many people bought it. An old trick done very, and obviously, badly.

It wasn’t all that clear admittedly - I didn’t think he was all that tonight but at least he put the effort in, I can’t blame his ageing body for failing him, he did his best, and I don’t mind someone like him getting 2 minutes on telly and a bottle of bubbly as at least he’s not Barton or Bosingwa or some other piss-taking c–t like that

Thanks for clearing that up Antti. I was wondering how I must have missed the 'Rangel' push but I clearly didn't. I don't think I've ever seen us get a penalty for that kind of shoulder barge, although I've seen them given against us. I agree with the Ayew shout as well. So obvious when they''re in the pen but there's nothing really happening, so they do the sticking their leg out thing. It's generally also obvious because they're going down before the contact takes place. |  | | |

Good solid performance, clean sheet, got a valuable away point, deserved all three.
All players did their jobs well. Good to see Barbet, Rangel and Cameron back. Though Pugh was decent and teamed up quite well with Manning on the left,

In a tight game thought he was right to keep things as they were to be honest. He made 5 changes from sat, so plenty of rotation in there. Clarke or Chair for Pugh the only one i might've made, but pugh, while not man of the match, was solid down that side. Can see why he didn't change it. Think his in game management is largely pretty good. |
I don't entirely blame Warbo for erring on the side of caution, I'd have liked Chair to come on but could understand why he didn't given the match situation.
Blame the players for not scoring the chances presented to them! Match should have been put to bed by the 70th minute.
