| Prime Minister Johnsons Christmas Party 2020 on 23:42 - Dec 19 by majorraglan | Absolutely shocking and disgusting. I’ve just seen the “worst case” scenario predicts there will be 6,000 deaths a day, I’d have hoped that kind of prediction would have seen the main players around the table thrashing out a framework to move ahead. It’s not surprising we have the highest infection rate in Europe. |
Quite right Major. Being a smart arse is more important to Johnson than keeping the good people of these islands safe. Johnson should get a full refund from Eton. He is toxic.

That 6000 deaths per day model is total BS. Fergusons models have never got close. besides, he gave himself a very wide margin of error so he could claim to be right. We have never gotten close to his worse case scenarios. https://evolveconsciousness.or

Killy. Many go to public school as they would struggle at state schools as they are too thick to survive a Comprehensive. Many are unable to look after themselves due to staff at the family home and to be sent away at 5 to Prep school t be abused is no privilege to me. I feel sorry for them. I famously knocked back a probationary constable as I deemed him unlikely/unfit be be a competent police officer. It caused ructions and I got called in to see an Asst Chief Constable to explain ,when appraisals normally ended with Chief Supt's signature. He went to a minor Public School in Shropshire. I stood my ground and orf he went

It's not just some people is it though, it's the government who told us not to do what they have been doing. If it was just my neighbours breaking the rules I might have mentioned it once, but its the rule breaking rule makers!

| Prime Minister Johnsons Christmas Party 2020 on 22:57 - Dec 19 by majorraglan | Interesting question. Could be an ex employee who’s got an axe to grind, someone whose services were dispensed with or someone over looked for promotion. Could actually be the Conservative Party itself seeking to get rid of him or even someone looking to make some cash. It’s an insider for sure. |
Putting the party issue aside for a second, isn’t it a bit worrying from a security perspective that someone within the bowels of Downing Street is secretly taking photos seemingly with ease and leaking information to the media? Of course on this issue the argument is there that it’s a genuine whistleblower and it’s in the public interest, but what else is being photographed, recorded and leaked to god knows who?

Its not so much that I'm correct but more that Ferguson is always wrong! he omits data, uses flawed data and it's bound to give a badly wrong model. maybe that's why he allows himself such a wide margin of error, in this case it was between 600 and 6000 deaths per day, that's a large space.

| Prime Minister Johnsons Christmas Party 2020 on 20:58 - Dec 20 with 1249 views | majorraglan | Seen a few snippets of doing the rounds in this mornings media, he wasn't very convincing! Reference to a work meeting, people in suits, etc etc. His responses struck me as being guff and he looked decidedly uncomfortable when being questioned. Defending the indefensible is indefensible!! | | | |

Problem is Johnson is making people simply do the opposite of what he suggests or stipulates. Ironically LBour far more in favour of restrictions. This is why this utter cretin is, dangerous. People see him and think fRku

Unfortunately the scientist can't agree on anything. Some say armagedon is around the corner and the the Country should be in permanent lockdown while others claim no restrictions are needed . The prime minister is guided by the majority of scientific view which thinks current restrictions are adequate and vaccines are the way forward. Meanwhile Drakeford tinkers around the edges stopping spectators attending a few sports fixtures which will have little effect while allowing everyone including the unvaccinated to shop freely indoors.

Boris's own party can't decide what they want to do when it comes to a vote. Meanwhile in Wales we have a dictatorship, where the Senedd does not get to vote on covid decisions.

And there we have it again. After the utter shambles of Boris' leadership (or lack of) over the last couple of months culminating in partygate felix suggests that Boris is right in his approach while MD is wrong. Even forgetting about partygate, both governments continually claim they are following scientific evidence. But when Boris makes a decision based on the evidence he is right while when MD makes a decision based on the evidence he is wrong. As I said before he has an agenda.

Boris is being driven by what he thinks he can get his parliamentary colleagues to support and what big business wants - that’s it end of. Three days ago, SAGE who advise the government recommended measures similar to a lockdown are required. So far, not a lot a movement. The PM couldn’t even be asked to attend a COBRA meeting FFS. To date, looking at the actions of Boris and Drakers, I’d suggest the latter is more in tune with the scientific advise. Boris hasn’t done a great deal to heed the advice, Drakers has and he’s being slammed for it. During the build up to last year’s pandemic, Government were very slow to react and to an extent the actions of the general public pushed the Government in to a corner, that may happen again soon. In Wales we've required masks on public transport and shops for ages, in England.......... There is no doubt in my mind we are facing a very difficult period. If it goes wrong and we end up in a situation where there are people dying in the corridors of hospitals like we saw in Italy, I wonder how many of the politicians who didn’t heed the advice and voted against Boris will put their hands up, admit they were wrong and fall on their sword? If it goes Pete Tong, our politicians must be held to account.

In matters of public health, Johnson should have used Labour votes to deliver it. He cant control the nutters in his own party, and so England burns. Thank God we have a Welsh Government to do what's right for Wales. Except for the critical furlough of course. Johnson has cocked up for a 4th time. Not fit to govern.

Johnson is far and away the worst leader, the leaders of the devolved Governments are far better but there again the politicians in the devolved Governments are better than Westminster politicians. Westminster is a hopeless case.
