The news we have is that Jeremy Monga could well make the bench after knuckling down in training over the past week or so. 1 Swansea City: Lawrence Vigouroux; Filip Lissah, Ben Cabango (captain), Stephen Welsh, Josh Tymon; Marko Stamenic, Stephen Eustaquio, Elijah Just; Joseph Opoku, Melker Widell, Adam Idah. Defensively we've been all over the place. Idah's decent if we're on the front foot but Vipotnik is better in a battle. Stamenic isn't doing much. Eom should be one of the first names on the teamsheet instead of on the bench.

Matos is doin him little favour by starting him when hes clearly struggling to adapt. Surely Franco, Eom or Fulton should be ahead of him for the shirt. [Post edited 24 Oct 15:43]

Franco and Fulton aren't creative midfielders. Eom could probably do it. I don't want to keep going over old ground, but we're continually selecting a player in a key creative role who is simply not doing enough and all people can seem to come up with to defend that choice is that he's good at pressing. If that's the standard required we could have kept Oli Cooper. We've put all our emphasis on one way of playing. It works against some teams, and doesn't against others. If we can't defend (and today we clearly can't) then we've got nothing else to offer. [Post edited 24 Oct 15:54]

Cabango not strong enough on that occasion. He was berating the team for one goal when it was his man that had all the time in the world.

well being 0 4 down half time this has to be our worst team performance to date and a further 45 to come Am hoping Vitor has a "hairdryer moment " and sorts this complete carnage out or we are in for our heaviest defeat to date without doubt

That's two mistakes in a few weeks from Widdell that has cost goals - he owes us two and should have them today. Man for man we are terrible. So many massive gaps in midfield. They are well drilled and strong and we have no answer. Write it off and move on.

| Queens Park Rangers V Swansea City : Match Thread on 15:58 - Oct 24 with 1173 views | heatwave | Similar to last season. We beat the lower half clubs and fail to be the teams around the top. Looking at the live table the only side we've beaten in the top half is Stoke. 5 of our wins are against the bottom 6. On that evidence we may not be as good as we thought we might be. | | | |

Not sure who you're referring to, Franco possibly? We certainly wouldn't be 4 - 0 down with Franco, Fulton and Eom in the starting 11. Welsh is having a shocker also. Oh well.... off to asda.

Our goal difference is taking a hammering and this could be vital at the end of the season. The best defence in the league concede four in one half, we need to claw a couple of goals back.

That won’t be popular with some but I can’t argue with you. The fact we’ve not convincingly beaten poor teams has said to me we are not as good as our league position suggested. Some mixed results coming up I’d say. But hey, as long as we beat Cardiff!😒
